Narsharab (Pomegranate sauce) * Made of juice of cultivar fruits of high acidity or forest (feral) pomegranates. * Served with fish and meat dishes. * Content of fruit seeds pulp parts adds to the sauce the necessary thickness. Dry solids content (brix): up to ****2% and *0% acidity make the product safe at storage in household coolers for about 2 weeks after bottle opening. * The sauce is offered in 0.*5 l and 0.*8 l bottles
